Guarantee conditions

We offer a voluntary two-year manufacturer's warranty for all our products, valid from the date of purchase. This warranty is in addition to the statutory warranty, which it neither limits nor replaces.

What is covered?

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use. These include, for example, defective fasteners, faulty connections, or premature wear of materials under normal conditions.

What is excluded?

The guarantee does not apply to damage caused by

• improper use, modifications or repairs by third parties,

• normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, paint abrasion),

• Contact with water for products that are not labelled as waterproof or

• Accidents or external influences

were caused.

Warranty processing

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect. We will decide, depending on the case, whether the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Validity of the guarantee

These warranty conditions apply to all orders placed after January 1, 2025, as well as to voluntarily assumed warranties from previous orders.

For voluntarily assumed warranties from orders placed before January 1, 2025, the warranty period is 2 years from the original order date.
